A Note on Activity Requirements for New Recruits:
Recruits/applicants that...
- Become inactive
- Do not regularly participate in the guild community
- Do not regularly log into BOTH TOR and the forums (and participate while there - no ninjas!)
- Fail to reply to repeated communication attempts from Recruitment Councillors or guild administrators
- Post an immediate Leave of Absence upon being Accepted to the guild
- Post an excessive Leave of Absence while still in their Recruit phase
- Remain in their Recruit phase for an excessive period of time
... may be subject to removal from the guild.
To save both the applicant/recruit and the guild both time and work, we strongly suggest that individuals do not apply if they are uncertain if they will be playing TOR in the immediate future.
Of course, we are very understanding that sometimes "RL happens" and therefore warmly and enthusiastically invite anyone who is removed under the aforementioned policy to please re-apply at such a time when their circumstances better allow them to participate more fully.
We wish for all of those who join us to have the opportunity to be fully embraced by the guild community, and for both the individual and the guild to each have a real and fair chance to get to know the other.
Thank you.
